Shipments

Orders are shipped by Mare a Tavola S.r.l. with prepayment (bank transfer, credit card and paypal) at a fixed cost of 8,50€ and for free for some products on sale indicated on our e-shop.

For shipments to Calabria and Sicily there’s an extra cost of €2,50 that will be automatically calculated when the User will indicate the postal code during the checkout phase.

For shipments to Sardinia there’s an extra cost of €10,00 that will be calculated when the User inserts the Postal Code during the checkout phase.

Foreign Shipments (Europe 1 2 3)

(Europe Area 1) € 13,50: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg, Holland.

(Europe Area 2) € 22,00: France (left out Corsica and Islands), Poland, Czech Republic, Spain (left out Canary islands, Balearics Islands, Melilla), Sweden, England-Wales-Scotland (only mainland), Portugal, Norway.

(Europe Area 3) €18,00: Switzerland, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Liechtenstein.

– In some Countries and places shipping costs may change, in that event the customer will be given previous communication.
– Processing times (which means preparation and delivery to the courier) are 24/48 hours from the moment of the payment verification.

– All our products travel with Express Courier GLS, and you will be receiving your order in 1-3 working days subsequent to the shipment as far as it concerns Italy, in 5 working days for European Area.

All products in our online catalogue are immediately available and are checked and packed one by one with the utmost care in packaging protecting them optimally.

Returns

Our Company Mare a Tavola S.r.l. has the main purpose of fulfilling our customers’ needs.

Consequently we offer you the formula Satisfied or Refunded extending the withdrawal right up to 30 days. If, for any reason, you should not be happy with your purchase, we invite you to contact us at the address info@mareatavola.it within 30 days after the receipt of the products and to demand for replacement or refund within the terms provided for by law. NOTE: withdrawal right shall only be applied in the case that all items are returned in perfect conditions along with the labels, original packages, warranty and instruction manual. Shipping costs are charged on the buyer and are not refundable. Mare a Tavola S.r.l reserved the right to refuse substitution or returns that do not respect the above mentioned conditions, si riserva il diritto di respingere cambi e resi che non rispettano le condizioni sopra espresse, without prejudice to the other conditions specified in the Conditions of Sale.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Products changed or returned have to be shipped within and not further than 30 (thirty) days from the delivery of them through registered mail, private courier o trackable package of italian post services at the address:

Once received the return and verified the perfect conditions of the goods, labels, original packages, warranty and instruction manual:

In case of refund: we will accredit you the amount paid for the purchased goods (except for shipping costs) within 48 hours. The refund will be via bank transfer or deposit on your paypal account. It will be upon the customer to indicate on time bank account details where he/she wishes to receive the transfer or the email address connected to the Paypal account.

In case of exchange: we will send the new products within 48 hours. In case of fewer price than the previous order, we will also deposit the difference in the same space of 48 hours.

The deposit will be done via bank transfer or deposit on Paypal account. It will be up to the customer to indicate in time the bank account details where he/she wants to receive the transfer or the email address connected to the Paypal account.

When the price of the new products should be higher than the previous one, the shipment will take place within 48 hours from the verification of the payment of the difference from the buyer.

The products chosen in exchange must be previously indicated by the customer at the address servizioclienti@mareatavola.it. New shipping costs are still to be charged on the customer.

Mare a Tavola S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns in case of lack of essential condition of integrity of the product, the package and/or the content, or in case it is verified:

• the product has been damaged
• absence of essential parts of the product
• lack of original internal/external package.In that case , we will return to the sender the purchased items, charging the same with shipping costs.
